When We Gather Consulting offers leadership coaching, cohort based development programming, and community gatherings, in service of identity affirming and culturally sustaining organizational cultures. We help Black women reclaim rest, access their power, and lead with intention.
When We Gather Consulting exists because Black women in leadership often find themselves navigating environments that don’t affirm their identities or address the challenges they face.
Our mission is to co-create identity-affirming and culturally sustaining workplace systems, so that Black women in leadership can implement visions for their work that are transformative and forward-thinking.
